Mr. Meister holds a diploma in Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He is currently a Director, Capital Markets, for NetCents Technology Inc. an online payment processor since May 2015 and a Director of Huffington Capital Corp. since July 2015. Mr. Meister has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and a director of Navy Resources Corp. since May 2011. Previously he was an investor relations representative for Canyon Copper Corp., from April 2012 to December 2015) a mineral exploration and resource company listed on the Exchange. Previously he was an investor relations and Capital Markets representative of Alpha Exploration Inc. a mineral exploration company then listed on the Exchange, which merged with Lakeland Resources to form ALX Uranium Corp. Mr. Meister was also investor relations, Capital Markets for Alpha Minerals Inc. a mineral development company then listed on the Exchange, which was acquired by Fission Uranium Corp. Previously, Mr. Meister was a director of Patriot Petroleum Corp. (now Standard Lithium Ltd.) junior natural resource issuer listed on the Exchange and a director of Bethpage Capital Corp., a junior natural resource issuer listed on the NEX board of the Exchange.
Mr. Tan has significant corporate finance experience in both buy-side and sell-side across Asia. He was the Group Corporate Finance Director for Nipsea Group, which has operations in over 16 countries in Asia Pacific (ex-Japan). Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Titan Capital, a boutique Private Equity and Financial Advisory firm in Singapore from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Tan also worked as a Senior Corporate Finance Associate at both KPMG and Ernst & Young. Mr. Tan began his career at JP Morgan Chase as a research analyst and later worked at ABN AMRO as a M&A/ECM analyst. Mr. Tan has been a Director for various companies in Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Mr. Tan has a Bachelor of Business (Applied Economics) 1st Class Honors from Nanyang Technological University. He is bilingual, speaking fluent English and Mandarin.
Hock Ghim Toh
Mr. Toh served as a Senior Advisor to the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2008 to 2015. Ambassador Toh joined the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs in October 1966 and retired from the foreign service in 2007. In 1991, he became Director of the ASEAN Directorate in the Foreign Ministry. Before and after this appointment, he served as Ambassador and in other capacities in the embassies of Singapore in Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. He was Ambassador to Vietnam from January 1994 to January 2002 and the Consul-General of the Consulate Generals in the Hong Kong and Macau special administrative regions from February 2002 to December 2007. Upon his return from Hong Kong and Macao in 2008, he was appointed Senior Adviser to the Singapore Foreign Ministry. He has been the Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director of Disa Limited since January 11, 2008. He served as a Non-Executive Chairman at WE Holdings Ltd. until March 11, 2013. Beyond these public appointments, he also holds appointments in the corporate sector. He has been an Independent Director at AGV Group Limited since April 1, 2016, CEFC International Limited since December 30, 2011 and Asia Galvanizing (S) Pte Ltd since April 1, 2016. He served as Independent Non-Executive Director of LifeBrandz Ltd. from January 27, 2015 until April 27, 2017. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director at FDG Kinetic Limited (Also known as: CIAM Group Limited) since July 1, 2008. He serves as a Director of Precious Treasure Pte Ltd. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Kinergy Corporation Ltd. from March 12, 2012 to March 25, 2013. Mr. Toh is also currently a director of Fourth-Link Inc. He served as a Director of WE Holdings Ltd. from June 2010 to March 11, 2013. He was a Colombo Plan Scholar. Ambassador Toh obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Singapore in 1966.
A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from U.B.C. in 1976 Terry has over 25 years of senior management experience. His last position was Executive VP and General Manager of 4Refuel Canada Ltd where he helped lead a company from shortly after its start up in 1995 to the leading provider of on-site and on-line diesel fuel management services in Canada with annual sales in excess of $200 million. During Terry’s tenure 4Refuel was named Canada’s 7th best company to work for in a national survey and one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies in 2010. In 2010, at the age of 56, Terry sold his interest in 4Refuel to a private equity group and is now a private investor and volunteer business advisor to a number of small business CEOs and senior executives.
Jason Morton has nearly ten years of investment analysis and portfolio management experience. During his investment career at Wellington Management Company, one of the largest institutional investment managers globally, he served as a financial technology analyst before moving on to assist in managing the broader technology-oriented sleeves for various in-house hedge funds. Jason also helped launch Wellington's first and only pre-IPO fund, focused on late-stage private emerging technology companies, for which he was named head portfolio coordinator. Upon leaving Wellington in 2015, Jason pursued entrepreneurship and became an investor/operator in a nanotechnology company, Nano Global Corporation, based in Austin, TX. He has served as Head of Corporate Development & Corporate Finance during his tenure. Recently, he was chosen for the role of President in a major Internet of Things (IoT)-centered joint venture involving Nano Global and one of the world's largest semiconductor companies.
